Campus Walker - Caring Police

Campus Walker team members had a drama production, “Caring Police”, shooting yesterday in the library. It is our second drama production of the year. “Caring Police” was written by our P.6 student Joyce Wong.

Our production team includes Yuka on the camera, Joey as the Sound Operator, Kiwi as the Props Designer and Ayesha as the Production Manager. We had a great time and gained valuable hands-on experience in a drama production.

麵包情人的感想

   這是一部關於家、夢想與愛的紀錄片，導演李靖惠用了十三年的時間來拍攝的。講述一群離鄉別井的菲律賓傭工在台灣的老人院打工，他們沒有假期，足不出戶，過著暗無天日的生活。但他們樂觀地面對逆境，寄望最終能與家人安居樂業。

   導演投過他們的故事傳遞了愛和公義的信息，這羣「菲媽」隻身來到台灣賺錢，人生路不熟，年復一年日復一日地照顧這羣老人家。自已也感到寂寞時，已經當了他們為家人，無話不談。甚至氣憤為什麼這羣老人家的家人沒有盡子女的孝道來探望他們！

   我看完這部紀錄片後，深深被感動著，令我對菲傭的態度改觀了。他們自已是不想出國打工的，但是為了家人的生活好些，才作出這決定。他們在這裏打工會遇到很多困難，依然能保持樂觀的態度，為自己的夢想而努力，真令我非常敬佩。所以，我希望大家不要帶「有色」眼鏡來對待菲傭呢！

20121107 City Walker: Mi Casa Es Su Casa

10 students from Campus TV and Newsletter Teams went to the 'Mi Casa Es Su Casa' exhibition(“My house is your house”/“Welcome to my home”) in Shum Shui Po on 7th Novermber. In the exhibition, students were able to viewd the homes of the 100,000 underprivileged people living in inadequate housing in Hong Kong. Students were also invited to experience the life of living in a 'caged home' or 'coffin home' during the visit.

Worklog 20121018 Footage Review Record

Long time no see people! CTV is as busy as usual and today Ian and Yuka are working on their Footage Review Record after the shooting of Triathlon on 13th October. Footage Review Record is a good practice for students to review what they’ve filmed and to sort out useful scenes for further editing.

 

TSL Sports Special at HKITU Triathlon Asian Cup 2012

Our CTV team is near the Disneyland Hong Kong this early morning – for the Hong Kong ITU Triathlon Asian Cup 2012! Our school teams have joined the relays and individual competitions and they have obtained excellent results! Ian, Yuka and Renee captured the unforgettable moments for our school.
